These terms and conditions apply to purchase of goods on www.pavement-official.com for delivery in Denmark and Europe.

Ordering and payment
www.pavement-official.com is open 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. It may happen that we close the shop for maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.

To shop at www.pavement-official.com you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid credit card, which we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old, you may still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase.

You select the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping cart/basket". You can right up to the time of order edit the contents of the shopping cart, and you can continuously check the contents and price of the goods. Any extra payments like shipping or debit card charges will first be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.

When you are ready to order, click on "Go to check out" where you enter your name, address, email, telephone number, payment method and choose delivery method. You can change the contents of the shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase.

The purchase amount will be raised from your account when the product(s) is shipped.

Acknowledgement of receipt of order and order confirmation
When you order an item from us, you will receive an order confirmation of our receipt of your order. However, there is first entered into a binding purchase agreement, when you have received an order confirmation from us.

Shipping terms
We ship all parcels with GLS or UPS. We use insured parcel service and you receive a track & trace no. when we ship the order.

NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel an order if freight costs to remote areas exceed a certain size.

Non EU customers
All prices are including Danish VAT. If you are a customer outside the EU you are not subjected to Danish VAT. The VAT (20%) will automatically be deducted when you choose your country at the checkout.

Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax etc.) may be added to your order depending on region and local custom duties. The charges are at the customer’s own expense.

30 days return right
When you shop online at www.pavement-official.com you have 30 days to cancel, where you can inform us that you regret your purchase and then return the item(s) to us. Some items are not covered by this right, and it will appear in the ordering process. Right runs from the day you received the goods. If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve deadline is extended to the following Monday. In the case of multiple goods ordered in one order but are delivered separately, or a product that comes in several batches, the period from the receipt is of the last item.

After receiving do only handle the goods in a way so that you can establish the nature, characteristics and the way they operate.
To exercise the return right, you should make an unequivocal statement by email within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Please let us know about your returned goods before shipping at web@pavement.dk 

Make sure that the goods are securely wrapped. You have the responsibility of the package/goods until we receive it. We therefore highly recommend you to get a postal receipt and tracking number for your own sake. You must pay the costs of returning the goods when you regret.

IMPORTANT
Please write "RETURN PARCEL" outside of the box/parcel.

We expect you to dispatch as soon as possible after you have given notice of withdrawal, and you must return the goods within 30 days.

We do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery)

Documentation of your purchase and return form
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation or other evidence of your purchase. Additionally, it will facilitate the processing, if you attach a completed return form.

Refunds
When we receive the goods we refund the amount you have paid to us upon purchase (it can take up to 14 days). The refund is always transferred to the same account as used on purchase.

NOTE: You may lose your refund in whole or in part if:

- You have actually taken the goods in use

- It has been damaged while you were responsible for it

- You have handled the goods otherwise than necessary

- You have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal resulting from sealing, product type etc.

Return right on used items
There is a 14 days return policy on items that you have used. If the item has been used it can still be returned. As a consumer you have the right to take the goods into ”eyesight”, which is the same right that applies to a purchase realized in a physical store. You may after receipt only use the goods in a way so that you can maintain the shape, characteristics and the way they function. If the product is used, you can get back the price paid only partly or not at all. It is the consumer who has to pay for a potential depreciation of the item. We preserve the right to value the item according to what we can get for it in a resale.

Complaints - If there is something wrong with the product
Your purchase of covered by the Sale of Goods Act, including lack rules. This means, that the consumer has 24 months warranty, that you can either have a faulty product repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. Of course it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by an incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.

In January 2016 there were adopted a new legislation in relation to the Consumer Complaints Act. We will allways suggest to contact us and solve any complaints but in case there is an dispute we cant solve. You must contact us within "reasonable time"
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. We recommend that you advertise as soon as possible, and within 2 months after the defect was discovered. You can complaint by contacting us via email: web@pavement.dk. Depending on the specific situation, you will receive further instructions.

When you return the item, please simultaneously as detailed as possible indicate what the problem is. Please use our complaint/return form. It is not a requirement, but it eases our casework, and minimizes processing time for complaint.

By justified complaint we will refund reasonable freight costs
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs to send the product back to us. Otherwise, you must bear all costs of transport, including our freight costs for returning the item after the investigation. Remember that the product must always be in good packaging and get a receipt for shipment. You have the responsibility of the package / goods up to our reception. So keep postal receipt and tracking number.

Note: We do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery) or similar.

In order to shop at www.pavement-official.com you must state at least:

The above data is stored with information about the items you bought, for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, see. Bookkeeping Act § 10, after which the data are deleted. Did you set up a login to be able to make self-service with us, your personal information and order information not be deleted unless you ask us to do so.

Information will not be disclosed or sold to third parties, except in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation would be in accordance with the then-current privacy legislation. As a customer you are entitled to access to our registration data about you and you may object to the registration pursuant to the rules of this Act concerning the processing of personal data and inquiries regarding this should be directed to Pavement via: web@pavement.dk.


Cookies
By entering www.pavement-official.com, you agree that we may use cookies. A cookie is a small data file that we place on your computer to keep track of what happens during your visit and in order to recognize your computer. A cookie is not a program and do not contain viruses.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction Purchase of goods on www.pavement-official.com is subject to Danish law. Any dispute settled by the Danish courts.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. GENERAL

1.1 This Privacy Policy ("Personal Data Policy") describes how we collect and process information about you.

1.2 The personal data policy applies to personal information that you submit to us or which we collect via the website.

1.3 Pavement is the data controller for your personal information. All inquiries can be made to us. Contact information is listed under section 7.

2. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT, AND FOR WHICH PURPOSE

2.1 When you visit the Website, we automatically collect information about you and your use of the Website, such as what type of browser you use, which search terms you use on the Home page, your IP address, including your network location, and information about your computer.

2.1.1 The purpose is to optimize the user experience and the Website's function, as well as to perform targeted marketing, including retargeting via Facebook and Google. This processing of information is necessary in order for us to take care of our interests in improving the Website and showing you relevant offers.


2.1.2 The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1) of the EU Personal Data Regulation. 1, litra f.

2.2 When you purchase a product or communicate with us on the website, we collect the information you provide, fx name, address, e-mail address, phone number, payment method, information about which products you buy and may have returned, delivery requests, and information about the IP address from which the order has been made.

2.2.1 The purpose is to deliver the products you have ordered and otherwise fulfill our agreement with you, including to manage your rights to return and complain about a product. Information about your purchases can also be processed to comply with legal requirements, including accounting. When you purchase, the IP address is collected for the so we can prevent fraud.

2.2.2 The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1) of the EU Personal Data Regulation. 1, litra b, c and f.

2.3 When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect information about your name, e-mail address, date of birth and source. In addition to this, you choose whether you want to hear from us via email, direct mail or customized online advertising.

2.3.1 The purpose is to deliver newsletters to you.

2.3.2 The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1) of the EU Personal Data Regulation. 1, litra f.

3. RECEIVERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

3.1 Information about your name, address, e-mail, telephone number, order number and specific delivery requests are communicated to GLS or DHL, which handles the delivery of the purchased items to you.

3.2 Information may be left to external partners that process the information on our behalf. We use external partners to include technical operations and improvements to the website, shipping, newsletters and targeted marketing, including retargeting, as well as your review of our company and products. These companies process data under our instructions and process data for which we are data-responsible. The companies may not use the information for any purpose other than fulfillment of the agreement with us, and all data is confidential.

3.3 Two of these data providers, Google Analytics v / Google LLC. And Facebook Inc. is established in the United States. The necessary guarantees for the transfer of information to the United States are secured through the data-trader's certification under the EU-US. Privacy Shield, cf. EU Type of Data Regulation Article 45.

4. YOUR RIGHTS

4.1 In order to provide transparency regarding the processing of your information, we as a data controller must inform you about your rights.

4.2 The right to oppose

4.2.1 You are entitled at any time to request information about all information we have registered about you, the purpose of the registration, which categories of personal information and recipients of information (if any), as well as information from which the information originates.

4.2.2 You are entitled to receive a copy of the personal information we process about you. If you want a copy of your personal information, please send a written request to web@pavement.dk. You may be asked to prove that you are who you say you are.

4.3 Right to rectification

4.3.1 You are entitled to receive incorrect personal information about yourself corrected by us. If you become aware that there are errors in the information we have registered about you, you are encouraged to contact us in writing so that the information can be corrected.

4.4 The right to delete

4.4.1 In some cases, you may have all or some of your personal information deleted by us, for example, if you revoke your consent and we do not have another legal basis to continue the process. To the extent that continued processing of your information is necessary, for example, in order to comply with our legal obligations or for legal requirements to be made, acted or defended, we are not required to delete your personal information.

4.5 The right to restrict storage

4.5.1 You may, in certain cases, have the right to restrict the processing of your personal information to consist of storage only, for example, if you believe that the information we treat about you is incorrect.

4.6 The right to data portability

4.6.1 You may, in certain cases, have the right to obtain personal information provided by you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and has the right to transfer these information to another data controllesr.

4.7 The right to object

4.7.1 You are entitled at any time to object to our processing of your personal information for direct marketing including the steps made to target our direct marketing.

4.7.2 In addition, you may at any time, for reasons relating to your personal situation, object to the processing of your personal information as we base our legitimate interests, see section. 2.1 and 2.3.

4.8 The right to revoke consent

4.8.1 You have the right at any time to revoke a consent you have given us to a given processing of personal data. If you wish to revoke your consent, please contact us at web@pavement.dk.

5. DELETING PERSONAL DATA 

5.1 Information collected in connection with your registration for our newsletter will be deleted when your consent for a newsletter is withdrawn, unless we have another basis for processing the information. 

5.2 Information collected in connection with purchases you have made on the Website, see section 2.2, will initially be deleted 3 years after the end of the calendar year in which you have received your purchase. However, information may be stored for a longer period of time if we have a legitimate need for longer storage, for example, if necessary for legal requirements to be settled, debited or defended or if storage is necessary for us to comply with legal requirements. Accounting material is stored for 5 years to the end of a financial year in order to comply with the accounting requirements.
